Processing Time

- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

- USPS® Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- USPS® Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

- UPS® Ground: Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days.
- UPS® 2nd Day Air: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your order's status.

Shipping Delays

- Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

- Cortez Jerky Chips is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
